Can I return my product?
Due to the nature of our products,we do not accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every item we ship. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold — your safety is our priority.
My package it's delayed!
If your order is delayed, it may be held by your country's customs department for clearance. In such cases, we recommend contacting them directly to help expedite the release of your package. We're always here to assist, but customs decisions are beyond our control.
